E-Service

E-service Version 3.1

Like previous versions, only better.

The new and updated version provides you with the latest unit information – quicker and easier than ever before. Also including newly available models, error codes and a fresh new layout. We’ve also added an additional language, so that you can enjoy the app in English, Spanish, and now Italian.

QR Scanner

Save time when searching for information like model names, serial numbers, or your unit’s manufacturing year. Quickly get the information you need by using our QR scanner.

You asked, and we listened – the latest update will now allow you to scan for information on the KXZME1 range, and our new split models.

Calculate refrigerants

We understand it’s inefficient to manually calculate refrigerant charges. So, reduce time spent on math or outdated software by quickly finding if your units need an additional refrigerant charge. Available for our split models on our RAC and PAC range. Otherwise, you can use the e-service app alongside our e-solution software to calculate and confirm if you need additional refrigeration charge for VRF models.

Search for error codes

Have you seen a usual error code? The e-service app will provide you with an explanation in just a few clicks. We’ve also added new error codes, including LED combinations, across our broad range of units, including our RAC, PAC, VRF, Hydrolution, Q-ton models.

Version 3.1 now displays cautions when the maximum piping length is over the limitation, or when you should separate the VRF refrigerant lines.
